Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
* Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
* Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in forfeiting your appointment and will be considered a no-show, subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
